La ville de Rabat (Maroc) abrite, du 21 au 23 novembre 2018, la 3e édition de '' Africa security forum''. Organisée par Think-tank Atlantis, en partenariat avec le Forum international des technologies de la sécurité, cette importante réunion, qui verra la participation de plus 400 décideurs venus de 50 pays, est une plate-forme d'échanges et de réflexion sur les enjeux sécuritaires du continent.

Ledit forum, placé sous le thème ''Redéfinir les axes de coopération internationale face aux menaces du 21e siècle'', fera le point de ces défis en matière de mutualisation des ressources et lancera la réflexion sur les mécanismes de coopération existants.

Tout au long de cette rencontre de haut niveau, plusieurs thèmes seront abordés. Le thème 1 sera essentiellement consacré à la migration et au développement socio-économique du continent. L'Afrique à l'horizon 2050, état des lieux, les risques d'un développement déséquilibré, le partage et le transfert de compétences, de technologies et de savoir-faire, sont les sujets qui seront débattus par les panélistes de ce thème.

Le thème 2 traitera des questions liées à la cybercriminalité, notamment économique.
