Si le gouvernement Raymond Ndong Sima souhaite voir enfin se concrétiser les grands projets de développement contenus dans le Plan national de développement de la Transition, il est plus que nécessaire de relever le taux de décaissement des bailleurs de fonds.
En effet, l’intérêt de relancer ce comité conjoint gouvernement-partenaires techniques et financiers sur l’aide extérieure réside dans une démarche très pragmatique et efficace de la méthode du gouvernement de la Transition.
Ce cadre de concertation entre le gouvernement et les partenaires au développement (Banque mondiale, BAD, BDEAC, BID, AFD, FMI, PNUD, Jica et Banque arabe pour le développement économique en Afrique) aura comme objectif d’assurer le partage d’informations, de maintenir le dialogue sur les problématiques liées à l’augmentation des décaissements ainsi que la maîtrise des procédures d’exécution des différents organismes.
Le Gabon pourrait ainsi en finir avec les chimères et autres éléphants blancs qui ont parsemé la marche du régime déchu d’Ali Bongo Ondimba.
Tout repose désormais dans la ferme volonté des nouvelles autorités de la Transition d’amorcer un nouveau cap dans le financement des projets structurants du pays.
