L’ambassadeur Haut Représentant du Gabon en France, Flavien Enongoue, a pris part, le jeudi 8 novembre à Paris, à l’édition 2018 de Africa investments forum & awards. Il s’agit d’un événement organisé chaque année, et dédié à la promotion des opportunités d’affaires en Afrique.

Cette année, les échanges entre participants ont été spécifiquement centrés autour de trois thématiques. A savoir, " l’Afrique face au défi énergétique : structuration financière des projets et partenariats locaux, énergies renouvelables et énergies traditionnelles, les infrastructures énergétiques, le marché du gaz et du pétrole" ; " le développement des infrastructures en Afrique : le financement des infrastructures, focus sur les infrastructures ferroviaires, la ville africaine comme laboratoire d’innovations pour les infrastructures portuaires et aéroportuaires" ; et " investissements pour construire la croissance en Afrique : les sources de financement, fusion et joint-ventures, gestion de la croissance et prévention de crise, l’émergence des leader africains, recrutement et fonction du leader de demain".

Plusieurs centaines de participants ont pris part à cette rencontre. Parmi eux, des décideurs politiques, diplomates et acteurs économiques, dont plusieurs patrons de grands groupes multinationaux présents en Afrique.

L’ambassadeur Flavien Enongoue a fait partie du panel sur les politiques africaines autour de la problématique de la stabilité politique et la croissance économique en Afrique. Tout comme l’ambassadeur d’Afrique du Sud en France, Rapulane S. Molekane, le président de l’Institut de prospective économique du monde méditerranéen (IPEMED), le Pr Jean-Louis Guigou, et le chef de l’unité de recherche de l’OCDE sur l’Europe centrale et Afrique, Arthur Minsat.
